We want you to feel confident trying Aura Longevity. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, please contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are limited to one opened product per customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for final-sale items, bulk purchases, or subscription orders beyond the first shipment.

Individual results may vary. We may ask for the unused portion or proof of purchase.
