We believe in full transparency.
Here’s where science stands today.
We’re transparent about what research shows today, where it’s still emerging, and how we formulate with clean, premium ingredients, no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
Longevity Compounds Explained
NAD precursor
(β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)
- Yang et al., 2022 — Whole-blood NAD⁺ vs age (population study).
Cross-sectional community cohort (n=1,518): age-related decline trend in whole-blood NAD⁺ (sex-specific patterns). Frontiers in Endocrinology / PubMed. Frontiers+1 - McReynolds et al., 2020 — Age-related NAD⁺ decline (human brain).
Review summarizing MRI spectroscopy evidence of ~10–25% lower brain NAD⁺ from young to old; context for “healthy aging” claims. Experimental Gerontology (review on PMC). - Ito et al., 2021 — Single oral niacinamide dose increases whole-blood NAD⁺.
Non-randomized human study: a single oral NAM dose (within tolerable upper intake) transiently increased whole-blood NAD⁺ levels. Heliyon. ScienceDirect - Thompson et al., 2015 — Nicotinamide enhances repair of UV/arsenic DNA damage.HaCaT keratinocytes + ex vivo human skin: NAM reduced CPDs/6-4PPs & 8-oxo-dG photolesions, consistent with enhanced DNA repair. PLOS ONE. PLOS+1
Resveratrol
- The therapeutic potential of resveratrol: a review (Berman et al., 2017) — comprehensive review covering resveratrol’s activation of SIRT1, effects on inflammation (NF-κB pathway), metabolism, stress resistance, etc. PMC
- Meta-analysis: Resveratrol improved inflammation & oxidative stress in T2DM patients (Zhu 2025) — Found that resveratrol supplementation in type-2 diabetes somewhat improves inflammatory markers and oxidative stress. Frontiers
- Timmers et al., 2011 — Calorie-Restriction–like Effects of 30 Days of Resveratrol Supplementation in obese humans: Resveratrol induced changes in metabolic profiles that mimic some effects of calorie restriction. ScienceDirect
- “Resveratrol for the Management of Human Health” (Brown et al., 2024) — Review that resveratrol consistently reduces inflammatory markers and improves metabolic dysregulation in many but not all studies. MDPI
Fisetin
- Yousef-zadeh et al., 2018 — Fisetin is a senotherapeutic that extends health and lifespan (mouse and progeroid mouse models). Fisetin reduced markers of senescence in multiple tissues; extended lifespan/healthspan in mice. PMC
- Mullen et al., 2023 — Fisetin attenuates cellular senescence accumulation during stem cell expansion — showed that fisetin reduces senescent cells during stem cell culture expansion. PMC
- Intermittent Supplementation with Fisetin Improves Physical Function (2025) — treatment with fisetin in animal models had lower expression of senescence-related genes and improved physical function. Wiley Online Library
- Pilot Clinical Trial (Mayo, NCT03675724) — Testing fisetin in elderly adults: Reduction of senescent cell abundance in blood, frailty and inflammation measures. Mayo Clinic
Quercetin
- Quercetin reduces vascular senescence and improves inflammatory & functional outcomes in male CAD patients — Clinical trial: short-term quercetin treatment reduced vascular senescence, lowered inflammation, improved functional outcomes. PubMed+1
- Quercetin as a Therapeutic Product: Evaluation of Its Mechanisms (Mirza et al., 2023) — Review summarizing antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective, antiviral, antibacterial effects of quercetin. PMC
- “Quercetin, Inflammation and Immunity” (Li et al., 2016) — Review discussing in vitro and in vivo evidence for quercetin’s actions: reducing inflammatory cytokines, ROS, modulating immune responses, etc. MDPI
- Exercise & inflammation: Gholami et al. — Supplementing quercetin (~1,000 mg/day) in untrained participants for 2 weeks reduced post-exercise increases in pro-inflammatory cytokines like TNF-α.
Clean Electrolytes Blend Explained
Post-Exercise Rehydration in Athletes: Effects of Sodium …” (Ly et al., 2023, Nutrients)
- Compared an oral rehydration solution (ORS), a sports drink, and plain water after exercise. MDPI
- Findings: both the ORS and sports drink led to more complete rehydration than water alone. For example, at 30–60 minutes, water resulted in more urine output (i.e. less retention) than either electrolyte-containing beverage.
Effects of Electrolyte Supplementation During & After Exhaustive Exercise
- The 3RINK study with young men (Choi et al.) compared water vs electrolyte drink before and after exhaustive exercise. Found improved fluid retention, better maintenance of intra/extracellular water, less decline in performance, and quicker recovery with electrolytes.
